The web-enabled Dynamic Marketing Center will provide centralized management, customization and production of marketing materials for some of the credit card provider's national sales events.
Dynamic Marketing Systems creates marketing resource management platforms that enable organizations to manage their sales and marketing materials in an easily searched database. Users can customize pieces to the extent corporate control allows and then e-mail or print the materials on-demand. The Dynamic Marketing Center provides easy access for employees and partners around the world and reduces material waste, improves inventory control and supports rapid conversion of new marketing designs and messages as marketing content and conditions change. Barclaycard US is the credit card business of Barclays PLC in the United States. Barclaycard US creates customized co-branded credit card programs for some of the country's most successful travel, entertainment, retail and financial institutions. The company employs more than 1,200 associates and was named a Top Employer in Delaware in 2007.
"Producing and delivering signage, printed sales materials, premium items and contracts to event locations represents a crucial part of our business," said Greg Murphy, director of onsite marketing, Barclaycard US. "The Dynamic Marketing Center streamlines our production and approval processes and ensures that we have the right support materials at the right locations."
"Barclaycard US is pioneering the use of marketing resource management technology within the financial services industry," said Gordy Cain, chief executive officer of Dynamic Marketing Systems. "We believe their investment in a Dynamic Marketing Center will yield more efficiently executed onsite marketing programs and a true go-to-market advantage over their competitors." The Dynamic Marketing Center platform is provided using a Software as a Service (SaaS) model requiring no software implementation and limited support from an IT department. Dynamic Marketing Systems required less than 30 days to develop and deploy the Barclaycard solution.
